Dakota Contractors managed the full adaptive reuse buildout of Dr. Scofflaw's at The Works, transforming a historic industrial building into a 12,700-square-foot brewery and taproom without losing the character that made the original structure worth saving. The scope included structural modifications to support brewery operations, a 76-tap bar system, a full commercial kitchen, an expansive outdoor patio, and integrated access to the surrounding outdoor spaces at The Works.
