Multi-Vendor Food Hall Construction Built for Speed and Scale

Partner with Dakota

Dakota Contractors managed the complete 26,000-square-foot renovation of Chattahoochee Food Works, transforming the space into one of Atlanta's most distinctive upscale food halls. The project required coordinated buildouts of multiple commercial kitchens, shared dining infrastructure, custom finishes, and the front-of-house experience that ties the venue together. Delivered in just six months, the project showcases our team's ability to manage complex hospitality construction at scale, coordinating multiple tenant concepts, specialty trades, and tight timelines without compromising the quality of the finished space.
