Suburban Plaza came to Dakota Contractors with an ambitious vision: a fully reimagined exterior across an entire multi-tenant shopping center anchored by Ross, HomeGoods, Half Price Books, Starbucks, Joann, and a bowling alley entertainment venue. We managed every phase of the buildout, from coordinating across multiple national brand standards and specialty trades to delivering individual tenant storefronts alongside the full building exterior. The result is a cohesive, modernized retail destination that performs as well as it looks, built to support every tenant inside it.
