Dakota Contractors completed a 144,000-square-foot parking deck at The Works, a mixed-use development located at 1235 Chattahoochee Avenue in Atlanta. The $10 million structure was delivered in nine months, supporting the daily traffic of one of the city's fastest-growing destinations.

Dakota Contractors managed every phase of the 144,000-square-foot parking deck at The Works, from site preparation and structural engineering coordination to concrete operations and final striping. With a $10 million budget and a nine-month timeline, the project demanded disciplined scheduling, precise trade coordination, and the kind of structural construction expertise that comes from nearly three decades of commercial work in Atlanta. The successful delivery of the first deck directly led to our team being awarded the second parking structure, now under construction on the same site.
