We engaged Dakota Contractors to build two of our early childhood Montessori campuses. Both were difficult projects - especially our Ponce City Market campus, which required extensive coordination with the PCM contractors. We chose Dakota for these projects because we knew that we could rely on them get each project completed on time, not cut corners, and perform high quality work along with their long-established subcontractors. On both projects we were very fortunate to have Donnie Boone as the on-site manager, with Rex Wallin overseeing the project. Both of them were a pleasure to work with and they completed both projects on budget – both in terms of time and money. As mentioned, these projects were difficult – the PCM project involved turning a multi – level parking garage into a school. There were challenges due largely to the age of the structure, the slope of the parking garage surface, the structural requirements, and the uniqueness of the playground on the rooftop. After working with Donny and Rex, I believe that they have seldom if ever encountered a problem for which they couldn’t find a solution! That was obvious on an almost daily basis with the PCM project. And their pricing was reasonable, too. Subsequent to the completion of these two projects, we engaged Dakota to perform additional work, and were again very pleased with their work. We highly recommend Dakota Contractors!
