A Flagship Build for a New Atlanta Hospitality Brand
Partner with Dakota
Your 3rd Spot put three venue types into one lease: a restaurant, a bowling alley and a games floor, across approximately 22,400 square feet at The Works. Dakota Contractors delivered the renovation for AMP Up1 Hospitality in 2022. Each use brings its own requirements — commercial kitchen services, lane infrastructure, and the power and structural provisions a games floor needs — and all three had to coexist in one existing building without any of them compromising the others.
