Chad Buxton has been making an impact at Dakota since joining the company in 2022. A graduate of Sprayberry High School in 2010, Chad brings over a decade of experience in residential services to his role, where he has successfully led teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, all while exceeding client expectations.

At Dakota, Chad is particularly proud of his work on several key projects, including Your 3rd Spot, The 2nd Parking Structure at The Works, Tenant and Shell Construction at The Works, and Philly G Steaks Plus in Glenwood. His journey to Dakota began through connections made with Selig employees while playing disc golf.

Chad shares his life with his high school sweetheart, Kristi, in Lilburn, along with their three big dogs, five snakes (a fun part of Kristi’s teaching job), and a jumping spider. When he’s not managing projects, Chad enjoys disc golf, trips to the shooting range, cheering on the Braves, playing guitar, video games, and sharing a beer with friends.

A major milestone in his life was purchasing his first home in February 2023. Chad takes pride in his career, having started straight out of high school and working his way up. He’s proud of what he has accomplished and feels like he’s just getting started.
