Stephen’s career began in the most fundamental way—sweeping floors. His early start at the bottom showcases his commitment and perseverance. Over the decades, he advanced through various roles, eventually becoming the head of Superintendents at CTJ Construction in Tucker, GA. His prior experience includes managing extensive K-Mart projects and Georgia “Life” insurance company buildings throughout the Southeast.
At Dakota, Stephen has played a pivotal role in several significant projects, including the 84 Walton Street Building (OpenDoor), three Goddard Schools, and the Coldstone Creamery’s ground-up construction.
